Pricing
The cost of your conference registration is determined by CABI membership, when you register and the number of events you want to attend, including the conference, pre-conference workshop and others.
Conference Fees
Conference fees include all conference meals, receptions, incubator tour, sessions and session materials. Registration fees must be received by the dates below to qualify for the associated rates. All fees are in CDN dollars.

Pre-Conference Workshop Fees
CABI Member: $240 + tax (5%)
Non-Member: $270 + tax (5%)
All Pre-Conference Workshops have limited enrollment. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration fees must be received by the dates below to qualify for the associated rates. Prices for workshops include session and materials, a breakfast and lunch.
Note: Space is limited. On-site registration is not guaranteed.
Combo Pak Fees
Take advantage of our discounted Combo Pak registration fees which include: Pre-Conference Workshop - Business Incubator Boot Camp 101 (Sunday, September 30th), two-day conference, Opening Reception, Gala Reception, breakfasts, lunches and tours as scheduled in the conference program.

Guest Registration: $350
A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend or adult child (18 or over) who is not in an industry related occupation. Coworkers or associates in the industry may not use the guest registration category. Guest registration includes: Opening Reception, Gala Reception, breakfasts, lunches and tours as scheduled in the conference program.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations received on or before August 25,2012 will receive a refund of the registration fees, less a 15% administrative charge. No cancellations will be accepted nor fees refunded after August 25, 2012. There will be no refunds for no-shows. CABI is not responsible for lost cancellations.
