Conference registration fees include breakfasts, lunches, opening reception and banquet.
--Early Bird -- before August 31
Members: $475.00 + GST ($33.25) = $508.25
Non-Members: $520.00 + GST ($36.40) = $556.40
--Regular -- August 31 to September 15
Members: $546.25 + GST ($38.24) = $584.49
Non-Members: $598.00 + GST ($41.86) = $639.86
-- On-site -- after September 15
Members: $600.88 + GST ($42.06) = $642.94
Non-Members: $657.80 + GST ($46.05) = $703.85
A guest is a spouse, friend or an adult child (18 and over) who is not in an industry-related occupation. Co-workers or associates in the industry may not use the guest registration category. Guest registration fees are $215.00 (plus GST) and includes all conference meals, opening reception and the tour of the ETC incubator.

registration form (pdf format) to register by mail or fax.
Cancellations received in writing before or on September 9, 2005 will receive a refund of the registration fees less a 10% administrative charge. No cancellations will be accepted nor fees refunded after September 9, 2005. Substitutions will be permitted. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
HOTEL INFORMATIONPlease take advantage of the special conference rates at the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald during your stay in Edmonton. Please call the hotel’s reservations desk at 780-424-5181 or email your reservation request directly to [email protected]. Guests may also call the Global Reservations Centre at 1-800-441-1414. Callers must identify themselves as being with Canadian Association of Business Incubators in order to qualify for your group rate. Requests must be made by August 18, 2005 to take advantage of the group rates starting at $149 plus applicable taxes. The number of rooms available is limited. Please make your reservation early to avoid disappointment.
