NBIA To Invade Canada

Well, not really. But when the Canadian Association of Business Incubation convenes its 17th Annual Conference in Laval, Quebec, Sept. 28-30, it may seem like it!

Tracy Kitts, NBIA vice president & COO, will speak during Sunday's preconference networking luncheon, and Dinah Adkins, NBIA president & CEO, will deliver the keynote address during the CABI Awards Luncheon on Monday. Conference-goers also can shop the NBIA Bookstore throughout the event.

"NBIA has a very special relationship with CABI," Adkins says, noting that many of NBIA's international members hail from Canada – including Keelin O'Leary, manager of the GENESIS Centre in St. Johns, Newfoundland, who serves on NBIA's Board of Directors. Past NBIA Board members include Normand de Montigny, executive director of the Quebec Biotechnology Innovation Centre.

This year's CABI conference will be a great opportuntity to meet our colleagues from NBIA.
